Product Warranties
  • All products on this website are covered by the manufactures warranty
  • Our products are manufactured by over 20 different manufacturers. The warranty range varies between 1 and 5 years
  • Please call or email with the product name to get the warranty for that individual product.
Cancelation Policy
  • An order may be canceled with-in 24 hours of placing the order after that time frame please Read the – Return Policy
  • If you ask us to ship your order A.S.A.P either by phone or email, your order can not be canceled please read the return policy
Return Policy
  • You may return your purchase within 15 days of the delivery date of your order for a refund less shipping charges. All items must be returned in original packaging, packed exactly as received.
  • You will pay for all shipping charges on all returns. All items sold with free shipping are required to pay shipping charges to and from our store. In most cases, shipping charges on “Free Shipping” items will be 10% of the sale each way.
  • All commercial Florence mailboxes and large bulk orders are subject to the manufacture’s return policy. In most cases all shipping charges are deducted from your refund as well as a restocking fee.
  • Mailboxes with address personalization cannot be canceled or returned for any reason.
  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please see “What if My Order Arrive Damaged?”
  • To return an item you must call for a returned goods authorization number (RGA#)
  • Important: order returned without authorization will NOT be processed for credit or refunds. YOU Must obtain a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA#) from us so that the credit for the merchandise AND any refund can be properly processed.
What if my order arrives Damaged?
  • We refuse to sell products that are easily damaged during shipping
  • If your order is delivered with no signature required, open all packages, inspect the products, and notify us any damage or missing items within 48 hours of delivery.
  • After delivery, open all packages, fully inspect the product for any concealed damage or missing items, and report that to us as well as shipping company within 48 hours.
  • If your product has a manufacturer’s defect, we will contact the manufacturer to either replace the defective part or, if necessary, the entire unit.
